HollyOaks on the Marsh is a private historic estate in Savannah, Georgia — an elegant 1941 Manor Home, expansive lawns, heirloom grounds, and a 1927 Guest Cottage set on eighteen acres of Low Country beauty, just fifteen minutes from downtown. Owners Jay and Stephanie fell in love with the estate in 2018 and became its caretakers, reviving the grounds and opening their home to those who appreciate history, grandeur, and relaxed Southern luxury. Stephanie brings more than twenty-five years of event experience, working closely with your planner to understand your vision and execute every detail with care.
